Registration Procedure

3. For non-presenter participants (attendance only), please register using the following link: https://ums.id/SIML2026Participants
4. When registering at the IEEE member or student rate, a copy of the IEEE member card or student card/verification letter must be attached.
5. Before submitting the form, please ensure that all required information is included and all supporting documents (payment proof/slip) are attached. This will enable us to process your registration promptly and ensure a smooth conference experience for you.

Terms and Conditions

1. The registration fee includes access to seminar materials, meals (lunch and refreshments), participation in all technical sessions, and publication.
2. Each registration is valid for one individual only. Co-authors who wish to attend are required to register separately, while those not presenting must enroll as non-presenters.
3. An invoice will be issued once the full paper has been submitted.
4. Payment must follow the exact amount indicated in the invoice, as it contains a designated reference code.
5. All payments made are final and cannot be refunded.
6. Payments must be completed via bank transfer; cash payments are not accepted.
7. Any additional costs related to bank transfers or transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant.
8. A minimum of one author per accepted full paper is required to complete the registration.
9. Registration fees are determined based on the participant’s institutional affiliation, rather than the nationality of the first author.
10. Souvenirs are provided exclusively to participants who are registered as onsite attendees.
